Real Estate Funds

MCC distributes a wide variety of real estate private funds managed by investment management companies of Mitsubishi Corporation Group. Such funds invest in various types of properties, such as residential properties, commercial/retail facilities, and logistics facilities. MCC may also offer off-shore real estate funds managed foreign investment managers upon investors' demand in the form of private placement in Japan.
